Job Overview
The DMV Clerk is responsible for processing all DMV paperwork and transactions. Work with customers and DMV on any paperwork completion issues; reconcile all bundles, related schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Process all Contracts from Finance and enter into ERA daily
· Contact finance for missing documents for financial institution and DMV submission
· Process all DMV applications
· Reconcile DMV bundles daily/weekly
· Match-up/file titles with inventory jackets
· Respond to customer questions and inquiries
· Reconcile schedules
· Back up to contracts/office clerk (all duties)
· Issue DMV refund checks to customers when needed
Physical Requirements
This position involves lots of data entry which requires sitting for extended periods of time.
